Quotes and pricing
Yes. We get on the roof, photograph what we find and give you the report whether or not you use us.
Two business days from the inspection. It is one page: scope, materials, price and dates. Valid 30 days.
Only if you change the scope, or we open the roof and find structural rot we could not see. We photograph it and re-quote that item before touching it.
Placeholder terms. Confirm SO1 deposit and progress payment schedule before launch.
Materials and installation
It is lighter, faster to install, and holds up better in Sydney storms. If tile is right for your house we will say so.
Standard Colorbond inland. Colorbond Ultra within one kilometre of salt water. We bring samples to the inspection.
Colorbond carries a 40-year material warranty when installed to spec. Our workmanship warranty is separate.
On a full re-roof, yes. Doing it later means paying twice for the same access.
Warranty, insurance and your rights

We photograph the damage and write the report insurers ask for. You stay the claimant, we supply the evidence.
Home building work over the statutory threshold requires a written contract and insurance. Ask any roofer for their licence number and check it.
